Advisory notes for fire safety management for owner/occupiers
Owners of, or businesses or persons occupying a building in Queensland are legally obliged to ensure the safety of any person in that building in the event of a fire or hazardous material emergency. The Queensland Fire and Rescue Service has issued Advisory Notes to assist Owner/Occupiers in maintaining their compliance with the requirements of the Fire and Rescue Service Act 1990 and the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008.
